Workshop Policies

Booking

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars.

 

Refund

If you have booked a space(s) for a workshop and you want to cancel or withdraw, we require a minimum of 10 days advance notice otherwise no refund or transfer will apply. An administration fee will be charged at $15 per booking.

Transfer

If you cannot make the workshop due to an emergency or illness, you can transfer your ticket to a different date or venue

If you cannot attend a workshop and would like to transfer your ticket to a friend/family member please let us know at least 24 hours prior to the workshop date.
