Returns
For hygiene reasons we do not offer returns on earrings. As each pair is handmade, there may be slight imperfections. Please choose carefully when purchasing.
All earrings need to be handled with care when attaching and removing. Please refer to our Earring Care page for tips on how to care for your earrings. If the product is damaged due to the customer's own mishandling, no refund or replacement will be eligible. If you encounter any problems with your earrings, please email us straight away hello@dewdrops.co.nz
Refunds
If an item arrives damaged due to shipping please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with an image and your order number. You will be given the option for either a refund (excluding shipping) or a new pair to be made in a design similar to the one you originally purchased.
