For hygiene reasons we do not offer returns. If an item has arrived damaged due to shipping please contact us as soon as possible. Please refer to our Refunds and returns policy for further details. 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery will take approximately 3-5 working days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been sent.

We are not responsible for any packages which are lost in the shipping process. Once the package is handed to the shipping company, all liability is transferred to the buyer. We will ship to the address provided so please ensure it is the correct address. All shipping within New Zealand is tracked so please contact the shipping company if there are any issues.

Yes, all our stud posts and backings are 304 stainless steel. These are generally safe for sensitive ears however, these do contain a small percentage of nickel.
